Introducing Tiered Support for Women Over 50

Since June 2024 the Academy has grown a lot.

What started as a smaller room where most women were at a similar stage now holds women at very different points in their business. Some are still figuring out their first offer. Others are refining systems, launches, and revenue goals.

Over time I could feel the gap widening. The same format was trying to serve beginners, builders, and women scaling, all in the same container. That works for a while, but eventually it starts helping no one as well as it should.

So instead of guessing, I asked my members.

I sent a detailed survey to all members and read every response so I could understand what support actually matters, how often they use it, and what kind of access feels worth paying for at different price points. The goal was simple. Make sure more women can get the right help at the right level, without paying for support they do not need yet or feeling stuck in a room that has outgrown them.

Here’s what you told me. I spent time with the feedback. I looked at the numbers. I sat with what you actually said.

  • 78.1% of you told me that access to me for your questions is the most important part of this Academy.
  • 73.1% of you value the structured courses you can move through on your own.
  • 50% of you value community and peer support.
  • 37.5% of you value website and tech help.
  • 25% of you said accountability to keep moving matters.

I hear you loud and clear. Access to me matters most. And my takeaway is that the way I was delivering that access was not working. Not for me, and not for you. You see, it was mostly being delivered in 3 calls in a 7-day period.

Three weekly 90 minute calls are not just 90 minutes. There is at least 30 minutes of mental prep before each call so I can show up clear and ready to think/problem solve with you. There is the backend time making sure recordings and transcripts download properly. They also have to be uploaded to other software to make them live in Skool. There is the note taking of what I promised to create during the call. There is the planning, producing, editing, and publishing of when I will record those extra trainings. And lastly, there is the come down after being fully on for 90 minutes to two hours.

I may make it look easy, but it is not casual energy.

My biggest aha though is that if I keep you in 90 minute calls three times a week, it can start to feel productive without actually moving your business forward. Being together feels safe. It feels like you are doing something. But if you are not implementing, not asking for the sale, not putting offers in front of people, then the call becomes a very sophisticated form of self protection. We are not here to stay safe. We are here to build businesses.

I met with the team. We redesigned how this works so you get access to me faster and in a way that works for all of us.

Here is what is changing.

  1. We are going to use Skool more intentionally. We do not want you to save your questions for a live call. Instead, we need you to ask those questions in Skool. When you ask your question inside the community, you WILL get support faster. You do not have to wait days for the next live call. You will also be able to see other women’s questions and my answers, which means you will learn even when you are not the one asking.
  2. We are introducing 3 tiers to better support you. The new lower tier will be only $27/month and you’ll get one monthly call with me plus every course except the website course. The mid tier, called premium is going up to $87/month. Being a paid member already means that you stay at your same rate and you’ll renew at that rate as well. This tier will have access to all courses, including the website course and calls, as well as the Life Coaching Call with Lori and a weekly call with me. Because most of the questions will have been addressed in Skool, these will be run much more efficiently. We’re also introducing access to two monthly peer support/co-working calls. These calls will be hosted by our Momentum Makers and will offer you a new container to get support and have your questions addressed. I’m also introducing a VIP tier which will get members access to a weekly two hour live call with me plus two seats in premium for any of your team members as well as everything in the premium tier.   3. For our live calls, we’re excited to be introducing more structure. Before each call there will be a pinned post where you can add the questions you want answered. I will come prepared to answer those first. If there is time at the end, I will open it up for hot seat questions until our hour is complete. I truly believe this is going to help you get the most traction you need to move your business forward.

Almost 80% of you said access to me is why you are here. I remain committed to protecting that and giving you different ways to access that support. I am strengthening that. I am building a container that lets me show up clear and sharp instead of stretched thin.

We are growing. That means we adjust when something is not working.

These updates roll out February 23, 2026. If you are already a member, your current access continues and you will see the structural changes reflected inside your dashboard and calendar right away. If you have friends who’ve been sitting on the sidelines, considering if the Academy is a good fit, now is the right time to encourage them to sign up.

The goal is not to give you less support. It is to give you more focused support. One structured hour, with questions submitted in advance, allows us to move through real problems cleanly and efficiently so you leave with clarity and next steps instead of just more information.

Instead of waiting for the next live call, you can post your question in Skool as soon as it comes up. I will be checking and responding directly there so you are not holding your momentum for days. This allows you to keep moving while the question is still fresh and relevant.

Momentum Makers check for questions in the am and pm. Anything that needs my direct attention will get answered at my first opportunity. Our goal is that you’ll go no longer than 24 hours with a full response to satisfy your question.

No. If you are already a paying member, you will stay at your current rate as long as you remain active. Your renewal will continue at that same rate.

If you cancel and rejoin in the future, you would rejoin at the current published pricing at that time.

Yes. The VIP weekly two-hour call replaces the Premium weekly call. Women who are investing at the VIP level are typically operating at a different stage of business and asking more advanced marketing and sales questions. In order to keep each room focused and supportive, VIP calls will be separate and recordings will only be available to VIP members. This allows Premium members to stay grounded in foundational strategy without feeling overwhelmed, and gives VIP members the depth and sophistication they are ready for.

Because implementation is the goal. When you wait to ask your question live, momentum slows. Posting inside Skool allows you to get clarity in real time and keeps your business moving instead of keeping you in class mode.

You are still welcome on live calls. The difference is that we are prioritizing clear, submitted questions first, then opening space for hot seats. This keeps the room focused and ensures the most pressing issues are handled efficiently.

Choose the tier that matches the stage you are actually in, not the one you think you “should” be in.

If you are building foundations, still clarifying your offer, learning how to sell without feeling salesy, or working through tech at a steady pace, Premium will likely give you exactly what you need.

If you are already generating revenue, managing more moving parts, refining strategy, or making higher-level marketing and sales decisions, VIP will likely feel like the right room.

This tier is for women who want access to the courses and a monthly touchpoint without needing weekly live support. It works well if you are self-directed, building slowly, or simply want structured guidance at a lower monthly investment.

Premium is for women actively building. You want regular access to me, you want your questions answered, and you benefit from weekly structure. You are implementing and want steady momentum without feeling rushed.

VIP is for women who are treating their business like a serious growth asset. You are making strategic decisions around offers, launches, messaging, and revenue. You are ready for deeper conversations and more advanced marketing and sales thinking. The container is intentionally smaller and more focused so those conversations can happen at the right level.

Yes. If your needs change, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The goal is alignment, not pressure.
